Radio code for Renault (after battery change) – help?

Hey everyone! 👋

I just changed the battery on my 2018 Renault Capture and now the radio is asking for a 4-digit authentication code. I checked the glovebox and the owner's manual, but I can't find it anywhere.

Does anyone know where I can get this code without having to drive to the dealership and pay their crazy service fees? Is there a way to find it online for free?

Thanks in advance! 🙏

Hey! Don't worry, this happens every time the power is cut. You definitely don't need to pay the dealer for this. 💸

You can actually get it instantly online for FREE. There are two easy ways:

  1. Use your VIN: It’s on your windshield or registration papers. No tools needed.

  2. Security Serial: If you pull the radio out, look for a barcode on the side. You need the "Security" code (1 letter and 3 digits, like A123).

Just go to this generator: 👉 https://radiocodeauto.com/renault-radio-code/

Enter your VIN or that Security Serial, and it will give you the 4-digit code right away. I used it for my Megane last month and it worked perfectly. 🛠️✅

If you can't find the serial or it gives you any trouble, just post your details here and I'll try to generate it for you! 🤝 Cheers!
